For owner-led service businesses

Your website should bring in work—not create more of it.

I design the site, search foundation, and follow-up systems that turn attention into qualified conversations.

The connected approach

One clear path from search to sale.

A nice website can still leak opportunity. A clever automation can still amplify a bad process. I design the customer-facing experience and the operational handoffs as one system.

Four layers, one outcome

Beautiful enough to earn trust.
Engineered to create action.

01

Website systems

Earn trust before the first call.

Positioning, copy, design, and development shaped around the decision your best customer needs to make.

  • Conversion strategy
  • Responsive build
  • Analytics
02

Lead flow

Give every good inquiry a next step.

Connect forms, calendars, inboxes, and your CRM so qualified leads are acknowledged, routed, and visible.

  • Lead routing
  • CRM connections
  • Follow-up
04

Measurement

Know what creates real conversations.

Trace the path from source to qualified inquiry, then improve the parts that move the business forward.

Public artifacts · measured build

Proof, not theatre.
Open for inspection.

No borrowed logos or invented ROI. Here is one public automation system and one measured teardown of this website, each labelled with exactly what the evidence can support.

Technical build / 01

Project Ariadne: turning an open-ended AI-safety question into a repeatable audit.

How do you test whether an AI agent’s stated reasoning actually drives its answer? Sourena designed and implemented a Python workflow that makes that question testable.

  • Python
  • LangGraph
  • Local LLMs
  • Structured data
  • Automation
BeforeA qualitative question

Did the stated reasoning actually matter to the answer?

AfterA repeatable pipeline

Capture → intervene → rerun → score → export.

What was built

The system captures an agent’s reasoning, applies controlled changes, reruns the agent, compares answers, flags possible faithfulness problems, and exports structured results.

A concrete example of turning an ambiguous problem into an automated, inspectable workflow with repeatable outputs.

Fix the trust path before asking search to amplify it.

The live site was inspected on August 3, 2026. This release candidate fixes the crawl, credibility, and inquiry gaps found in that review.

Before · observed live
  • Canonical, robots, and sitemap referenced the old .studio domain.
  • The inquiry form depended on the visitor's email application.
  • No named founder or inspectable proof appeared on the page.
After · release candidate
  • Crawl signals align with the final www.ariadne.company URL.
  • A validated same-site endpoint delivers requests with a direct-email fallback.
  • Founder identity, public evidence, and prerendered content make trust inspectable.

Find the leak worth fixing

From friction to flow

Rigour where it matters.
Clarity all the way through.

You work directly with the engineer doing the strategy and the build. No account-manager relay, mystery handoff, or black-box implementation.

01

Find the friction

I map how people discover, evaluate, contact, and hear back from your business. The biggest leak becomes the first priority.

02

Design the path

You get a clear scope, success measures, content plan, system map, and timeline before implementation begins.

03

Build and connect

I design the experience, engineer the site, connect the workflow, and test the handoffs—including the awkward edge cases.

04

Launch with visibility

You receive analytics, documentation, source code, and a measured baseline. Then we improve from evidence, not guesswork.

Real projects vary. These ranges make it easier to decide whether a conversation is useful.

Founder-led delivery

Meet Sourena Khanzadeh.

Sourena is a Toronto-based software engineer and AI researcher who builds full-stack applications, automation systems, and applied AI tools.

His public work spans software engineering, trustworthy AI, cybersecurity, and smart-contract optimization. At Ariadne, he brings that systems mindset to practical business problems: understand the workflow, build the right system, and make the result measurable.

Who is this best suited for?

Owner-led service businesses with a valuable inquiry, a small team, and a customer journey that includes a quote, consultation, or booking. If one new customer is meaningful and manual follow-up is slowing the team down, there is usually a useful system to build.

What does “AEO” actually mean?

Answer engine optimization makes your business easier for AI-assisted search tools to understand and cite. It is not a trick or a separate magic channel. I start with the same durable foundations search engines recommend: crawlable pages, clear factual content, real expertise, consistent business information, and useful structured data where it fits.

Can you guarantee leads or rankings?

No honest provider can guarantee a ranking, citation, or sales result. I can guarantee a defined scope, careful implementation, transparent measurement, and full ownership. We agree on the signals to improve—qualified inquiries, response time, booking rate, or visibility—then measure what changed.

Do I keep the website and automations?

Yes. Your business owns the source code, content, accounts, domain, and data. The handoff includes documentation and Git history, so another capable engineer can understand and maintain the work.

Will I need to replace all my current tools?

Usually not. The first step is understanding what already works. I prefer connecting the smallest reliable set of tools over adding another dashboard. If something should be replaced, you will see the tradeoff before we decide.

How quickly can we launch?

A focused website typically takes four to six weeks. A connected lead system is usually five to eight weeks. Content readiness, feedback speed, and third-party integrations can change that range; your proposal will make dependencies explicit.

Your practical starting point

Find the five leaks worth looking at first.

Share your site if it is live—or describe what you plan to launch—and the part of the customer journey that feels stuck. I’ll return a concise teardown with three priorities, two quick wins, and an honest view of what is—or is not—worth rebuilding.
